How is Wend AI different from a TMS, CRM or document-extraction tool?
A document tool extracts information, a CRM tracks commercial activity, and a TMS manages shipment execution. Wend AI coordinates the commercial workflow before booking, including enquiry understanding, rate sourcing, costing, approval, dispatch and follow-up. It works with surrounding systems rather than replacing their core functions.
How does Wend AI ensure it processes only quotation-related emails?
Wend AI connects to approved shared mailboxes, aliases, folders or forwarding rules defined during implementation. The customer controls which email channels are connected. Only qualifying messages routed into the configured workflow are converted into freight enquiries.
